THINGS MENTIONED / USED

Bread Recipe:
3T 1/4t sugar
2T Canola Oil
1T Salt
1 pkg yeast
2 1/4c warm (NOT HOT) water
6 1/4- 6 1/2c flour
1. Combine yeast, warm water, and 1/4t sugar in mixing bowl. Let sit 10-15 mins until bubbles form on the surface
2. Add in the rest of the sugar, oil, salt, and 3-5c of flour. Mix until well combined. Continue to add flour til consistency is dough-like
3. Spray a bowl w canola oil, place dough in bowl & rotate to coat all sides in oil. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise 1.5-2hrs in a warm place.
4. After dough has doubled in size, beat it down. Separate into two equal parts. Shape into bread shape & put on baking sheet or put dough into bread pans. Cover sheets/pans with clean towels and let dough rise for another 1-1.5hr, until dough has doubled in size.
5. Bake at 375F for 17-25 mins, until bottom is golden brown and the top makes a hollow sound when knocking on it.
6. Remove from oven and let cool completely on wire cooling rack.
*I keep one loaf out and freeze the other! Tastes absolutely delicious! I also only put in 2T of sugar instead of 3
