香蕉蛋糕🎂一直是我最愛的食譜。第一,用的材料不會太複雜,基本上家裡都會有的材料。第二,製做時間不用15分鐘就可以送進烤箱。第三,香蕉很容易就放到軟爛,這時候拿來做蛋糕剛剛好,完全不浪費! 家人朋友也都很愛這款🍌🍌香蕉核桃巧克力蛋糕。

【材料】
香蕉5根(要是很熟,香蕉皮變黑的那種)
細砂糖3/4杯
雞蛋1個
融化的無鹽奶油 45g
低筋麵粉2杯
泡打粉1小匙
蘇打粉1小匙
1/2小匙鹽
一小搓荳蔻粉 (沒有也沒關係)
