In this clip, Kevin Chiles spoke on a three-year investigation taking place against his organization, with the newspaper saying he was the biggest drug dealer since Nicky Barnes. Chiles noted that he was offered a 25-year plea deal, but said “he couldn’t relate to that.”
Chiles noted he was given a heads up about being tailed by the feds, and also pointed out that the feds tried to tie his family members to his drug case, but no one talked.
