Most of supply chains of a lot of countries were moved  to China and the world needs to rely on China for living. Wuhan coronavirus led to producing stop in China. many small and middle enterprises are going bancrupt. US N95 3M facemask manufacturers also put their supply chains in China. Chinese side resumes to produce special face mask; However, Chinese manufacturers were even not able to meet domestic needs due to facemask resouce supply. they were not allowed by CPC government to get US facemask orders. they also do not have technology to solve their own shortages.
