Recently I was diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation a condition of the heart where the heart either skipped beats or mostly beats abnormal. The surgery for it is called catheter ablation where the surgeon goes up the groin with a catheter into the heart and performs the ablation by either freezing or burning veins or other areas of the heart to stop the extra electricity causing the AFIB.
