I sat down with Nick Baird, our sprinter, and picked his brain on our teams lead out execution. The sprint lead out was key to Nick's win. We share some of the race tactics that we had and how we communicated on the fly to male it work in our favor. After the footage, we dive a little more into why it is important to understand your teammates strengths and weaknesses in order to help the race run smoother.
