I wonder what that Bob Dylan play is like? Girl From the North Country

Girl From the North Country is a play/musical written by Conor McPherson incorporating classic songs from the Legend Bob Dylan. I had the pleasure of seeing the production in London's West End at the Gielgud Theatre following its run at the Noel Coward Theatre. "Girl from the North Country" was first shown to audiences at the Old Vic Theatre back in 2017 - so given that it was now 2020 I was long overdue seeing a production that was inspired by the music of one of my favourite musicians and poets.

The Story is set in Duluth, Minnesota (This is where Bob Dylan was Born) some years before Bob Dylan was born in the midst of the Great Depression. "A family adrift, their future on a knife-edge. Lost and lonely people drifting through rooms of their guesthouse. But Nick Laine thinks he’s seen a way out…"

I won't go into any more detail as just maybe you will go see it - this is my brief insight into the play/musical.
