Anticipating Needs

Kelsie Kiley, Producer (Broad City, Younger) says anticipating the needs of those you work with will take you far. Knowing how to gauge the mood, or when to ask the right questions are all skills that will help you as you progress in your career. Showing the "higher-ups" that you're willing to work hard and you're not embarrassed to do things that you may feel are beneath you.
