This is something that I'm really excited about. This is a brand new grilling product that I've been a tester for, and have helped with feedback about for the last few months, and it's finally available to the public!

It's award winning design will make your grilled food just plain taste better. It helped channel the grease away from your flame, avoiding flare ups and giving you much more control over your cook. It also helps with the maillard reaction, which is the browning or carmellization of the outside of the meat you're cooking. And because of it's all stainless steel design, it gives you an even cooking surface. And if your gas grill is like mine, you know you've got some hot spots.

I've done a few cooks with this, and they have all turned out fantastic. Burgers on the gas grill were much easier, chicken thighs on the Weber kettle were the best I've ever had.
