Every time you shut off the water to your house, or a pipe is cut, replaced, or shaken you run the risk of knocking loose sediment that has accumulated on the walls of the pipe. This sediment will clog the screen in your faucets and slow down the water flow. When we remodeled the kitchen we did all of the above. Since the plumber installed the sink I didn’t think to tell them to flush the lines before installing the faucet head. 😆
