I have a treat for you :) I asked my BCIN/Architectural Designer to come to one of the projects that our mutual client Dave purchased on the Hamilton mountain. We go through the main items that needed to get done in order to make the Basement Apartment a Legal unit. My client Dave was actually able to rent this unit out shortly afterwards for $1550 + hydro bringing his total rent for this property $3500+ hydro.
