DILG Usec. Malaya: No impending lockdown in any part of Metro Manila | Matters of Fact

There is no looming lockdown in any part of Metro Manila. That's according to Philippine Interior And Local Government Undersecretary, Jonathan Malaya. He denies reports circulating on social media that a lockdown of some areas in the metro is imminent.
