SGX RegCo gives eligible firms up to Jun 30 to hold AGMs

The Singapore Exchange's regulatory arm, SGX RegCo, has granted companies more time to hold annual general meetings. This allows firms to hold their AGMs by Jun 30, to approve financial results for the financial year ending Dec 31, 2019.
