GEAR UP - Choosing the right shoe for your run to get stronger and avoid injury Do you need an excuse to buy another pair of running shoes? Probably not, but we have got one for you anyway! It is said that every runner should have a minimum of two pairs of running shoes in their arsenal and this isn’t just because running shoes are great! Thank fully there is some real science behind the benefits of regularly rotating your runners.

One brand that really understands this is Nike and this is why their much-loved Zoom family has such a wide variety of models to choose from. Recently Nike have gone one step further in their quest to help runners avoid injury and introduced the React Infinity Run, which means that you now have the perfect shoe to match your mood, session and pace.
