COVID-19: Singapore 'cannot afford to be complacent' despite imposing travel restrictions

Singapore will bar entry to visitors from South Korea’s virus-hit Cheongdo and Daegu from Feb 27, but Minister for National Development explains why Singapore "cannot afford to be complacent". "We can put in place travel restrictions for China, where the source and the epicentre was; we can do (so) for another country, a second country, a third country.
